Day three Roma Texas

Today in Roma Texas the day started off warm and sunny -Then suddenly this storm front came roaring through bringing clouds and cold weather the temperature dropped 20 degrees in less than 20 minutes. We went from shirt sleeves to winter jackets; thank goodness I had brought mine.

We learned more about setting up perches to obtain the best photograph and how to get an uncluttered background. We cut the morning shoot down due to the cold and went back to the ranch house to warm up and work on Photoshop.

After lunch, we returned to the blind and had a productive afternoon of photography. After we photographed the usual birds, just prior to us leaving some collared peccaries showed up for their portrait.
