As I had mentioned in the last blog, most of my pictures of common mergansers were taken in Canada. The locations were Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and Churchill, Manitoba. So it was nice seeing the four drake common mergansers swimming at Jenney Pond, Plymouth, Massachusetts. As a side I was back there at Jenney yesterday and the common mergansers were gone.
